You would have never known it was a rainy day by the joy that beamed from Carolyn, the bride. Family and friends were everywhere you looked, helping where they could and exchanging hugs and laughter. The rain calmed as the ceremony started, and people watched in awe as Carolyn's father walked her down the aisle. Afterwards, everyone joined together for a meal and danced the night away. Caldwell and Carolyn, it was a joy for Lauren and I to document your wedding day. Thank you so much for having us!

Tell us about finding your wedding dress. I actually went dress shopping with my mom the day after we got engaged. She was in Nashville and we said why not. During our outing I fell in love with a dress but always thought I would have lace on my dress like my mom did. Low and behold a year later when we had to find a dress the designer came out with the exact same dress as I had tried on that first time but with a lace bodice. I knew before I even put it on it was the one.

What was your most memorable moment during your wedding day? The most memorable moment on our wedding day was when we were saying our vows. I know technically its the most important part of the day but it surprised me how much I remember and cherish that moment. There was something so honest about the look in Caldwell's eyes when we were up there.

What's next for you as a couple? What are you most looking forward to about married life?

We have had a really exciting year so far. I recently finished graduate school, got a new job, and we bought and moved in to a house in the 2 months before the wedding. So right now we are just trying to get back into the swing of things now that all of the wedding craziness is over. There are a lot of things I am looking forward to about married life but on the things I am most excited about is just being able to look back in 10, 30, and even 50 years and seeing the life we have made together. I am so excited for everyday I get to spend side by side with Caldwell.
